By Mermaids of Earth July 31, 2021 Public Mermaid Sculptures

This mermaid was installed in 2013 as part of artificial reefs being built to replace natural coral reefs destroyed in the 1980s by the fishing industry.  Is is below the surface in Jemeluk Bay, near Amed Beach on Bali.
